Job summary

INFOLET SP. Z O.O. is seeking a Business Analyst to drive data change management initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with Programme and Project Managers, stakeholders, Solution Architects, and IT to understand needs, capture requirements, and support change through the full project lifecycle. You will lead workshops, document requirements, map business processes, and translate needs into robust designs while guiding testing, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex change or transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to create and manage business requirements and user stories.
• Experience analysing business processes, customer journeys or product functionality.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.
• Experience working closely with both business and technology teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements usable by technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyse and document business requirements, user stories and requirement catalogs.
• Analyse customer journeys and processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Work with Programme/Project Managers to align delivery with the change portfolio.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and IT to support technical analysis and design.
• Translate business needs into solution designs with business and tech teams.
• Support projects through full lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, implementation, deployment.
• Coordinate and track testing activities and outcomes.
• Support adoption, training, and governance activities including RACI.
