SimCorp in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior/Lead Consultant to drive the Derivatives/Collateral outcomes within the Value Team. You will deliver end-to-end Business Services projects and collaborate with Solution Architects across the value chain.

You bring knowledge of derivatives, experience with SimCorp Dimension, and a transformation mindset; we offer a hybrid work model, competitive compensation, and strong career development.

• Knowledge of derivative products across asset classes (e.g., swaps, options, futures, forwards).
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension.
• Experience in projects implementation.

Our Business Services Value Stream is comprised of several individual Value Teams that collectively deliver the outcomes needed to our Business Services team. The individual Value Teams will be comprised of all the resources, skills and capabilities required to plan, code/configure, build, test, release, deploy, operate and monitor our solutions. As a Senior/ Lead Consultant in the Value Team you will be a key contributor to Derivatives/Collateral outcome. We are looking for people with strong business and technical background.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Full value chain delivery of Business Services

• Collaborate with various stakeholders along the value chain of Business Services, including Solution Architects

What We Value

To be able to quickly onboard into this role we expect you have the following competences:

• Knowledge of derivative products (e.g., swaps, options, futures, forwards) across asset classes (equity, fixed income, FX, commodities)
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension
• Experience in projects implementation
• Experience with Communication Server, DEX, and DFS is an advantage
• Familiarity with industry-standard platforms (e.g., TriOptima, MarkitWire, Acadia, FXAll, Cassini, etc.) is an advantage
• Commitment to standardization and best practices
• A transformation-oriented mindset and openness to change

For Italy only:

The salary range for this position is between 34 880,00 and 52 320,00 EUR RAL in base compensation, under the CCNL Commercio framework. Additionally, employees are eligible to benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Total compensation, including possible bonuses, may vary depending on role, location, department, and individual performance.
