SimCorp, a leading FinTech firm, seeks a senior ICS executive to implement internal controls across risk areas and lead AI-enabled assurance initiatives. You will own the ICS roadmap, coordinate the end-to-end cycle, and partner with risk and business units to embed control ownership.

The role demands credibility with senior stakeholders, drive to deliver results, and a passion for innovation. The position is hybrid, with two office days per week in Poland, and offers a competitive salary,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in business/finance.
• Proven experience in senior risk/control environments.
• Strong communication with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICS implementation roadmap across risk areas.
• Manage annual ICS cycle from planning to sign-off.
• Monitor ICS effectiveness through spot testing and reviews.
• Design and deliver upskilling initiatives for first line control ownership.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders across departments in a credible way.
