Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Warsaw, Poland seeks an experienced Security Automation & AI Engineer to lead automation and AI-driven transformation within Information Security. You will design, implement and improve automation solutions across governance, risk and compliance, using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure, while integrating with Jira and other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in Security Automation, Software Eng, AI Eng, DevSecOps, Security Operations or related tech roles.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong experience integrating enterprise platforms via APIs, webhooks and modern integration tech.
• Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance and audit processes.
• Experience with Jira and integrating it with other systems.
• Experience with structured/unstructured data sources and knowledge repositories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize processes for automation and AI enablement.
• Design and maintain automation solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate and Azure services.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for questionnaires, audits and compliance reporting.
• Integrate Jira, GRC platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other systems.
• Build APIs, connectors and data pipelines for automated information exchange.
• Automate evidence collection, monitoring, approvals, notifications and reports.
• Create dashboards to measure efficiency, control effectiveness and benefits.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance and quality controls in AI/automation solutions.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and opportunities to improve security ops.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to security teams.
