Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an Audit Manager for a fixed-term role in Kraków. You will lead audit projects, supervise teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables while aligning with BBH’s internal audit standards.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in financial services auditing, a relevant degree, and professional certifications. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential in a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Overall minimum 8+ years of professional auditing experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (accounting, finance, information technology or related discipline preferred).
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CAMS, ACCA) will be considered as a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial services products, services, regulations and governance, risks and controls.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide leadership to a team.
• Works well individually and in teams by sharing information and supporting colleagues, while remaining independent and objective in line with the IIA standards.

Aufgaben

• Supervise audit project teams and ensure the overall quality of audit deliverables.
• Coach/train, supervise and develop staff and provide feedback to the Senior Audit Manager.
• Research auditable entities and develop evaluation/testing techniques.
• Prepare planning-related documentation for audit management review.
• Assist in developing evaluation/testing techniques and finalize the testing program.
• Gather and analyze data for audit activities.
• Identify key risks and controls for assigned audits.
• Execute audits with focus on high quality deliverables and timely delivery.
• Review audit workpapers for policy adherence.
• Escalate issues constructively and contribute to annual planning.
