Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our Insurance Business Unit in Poland (Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław, or Warsaw) in a hybrid mode. You will lead AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance clients across Europe, influencing business outcomes and shaping EPAM’s presence in the market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Expertise in AI strategy and GenAI/LLM-based solutions
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns (microservices, event-driven design, DevSecOps, CI/CD)
• Familiarity with AI lifecycle in SDLC, including governance
• Strong understanding of insurance value chain (P&C, Life, Reinsurance) and regulatory landscapes
• Understanding of GDPR, DORA, Solvency II, KNF
• Proven consulting experience including RFP support and executive workshops
• Excellent communication and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Fluent English; Polish is an advantage
• Willingness to travel across Europe (30-40%)

Responsibilities

• Engage C-level stakeholders to define AI and transformation strategies for insurance clients across Europe
• Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews and strategic advisory sessions
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-value narratives
• Validate and shape AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms
• Drive AI transformation initiatives including GenAI tooling and developer productivity
• Recommend cloud architecture patterns aligned with regulatory requirements
• Enable internal AI capabilities and ROI measurement frameworks
• Support business development and identify opportunities in European and Polish markets
• Collaborate with EPAM teams on proposals and growth strategies
