Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join a hybrid team across Polish cities in Poland. You will drive AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance organizations, engaging C-level stakeholders and shaping enterprise AI strategies.

Responsibilities include workshops, architecture reviews, and translating technical concepts into business value. Travel across Europe up to 30–40% is expected and collaboration with a global EPAM network offers career

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience.
• 5+ years with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Expertise in AI strategy and GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns and DevSecOps.
• Understanding of EU and Polish compliance frameworks (GDPR, DORA, Solvency II, KNF).
• Experience in insurance value chain (P&C, Life, Reinsurance).
• Executive workshop facilitation and RFP support.
• Fluent English; Polish language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage C-level stakeholders to define AI transformation strategies.
• Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews and advisory sessions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-value narratives.
• Validate and shape AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives and GenAI adoption.
• Support business development and identify opportunities in European/Polish markets.
• Collaborate with EPAM teams on proposals and client interviews.
