Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to drive AI and cloud transformation for insurance clients across Europe, in a hybrid model across Poland. You will engage C-level stakeholders, run executive workshops and shape enterprise architectures for GDPR/DORA-aligned solutions.

You will lead AI strategy and GenAI initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with EPAM teams on proposals and growth opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience with 5+ years on major cloud platforms.
• Expertise in AI strategy and GenAI/LLM-based solutions with enterprise deployment
• Solid knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns (microservices, CI/CD, DevSecOps)
• Familiarity with AI lifecycle in SDLC, including governance
• Strong understanding of insurance value chain (P&C, Life, Reinsurance) and regulatory landscapes
• Understanding of GDPR, DORA, Solvency II, KNF
• Proven consulting experience including RFP support and executive workshops
• Excellent communication and ability to influence C-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Engage C-level stakeholders to define technology and AI transformation strategies for insurance clients across Europe
• Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews and strategic advisory sessions
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-value narratives
• Validate and shape AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms
• Drive AI transformation initiatives including GenAI tooling adoption and developer productivity
• Recommend cloud architecture patterns aligned with regulatory requirements
• Enable internal AI capabilities and ROI measurement frameworks
• Support business development and identify new opportunities in European and Polish markets
• Collaborate with EPAM teams on proposals, client interviews and growth strategies
