EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our team to shape AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance clients in Poland. The role is hybrid with opportunities to work across multiple cities including Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław and Warsaw.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, lead architecture reviews, and translate complex concepts into clear business value narratives while ensuring compliance with GDPR, DORA, Solvency II and

Qualifications

• Experience in AI strategy and GenAI/LLM deployment in enterprise environments.
• Strong grasp of cloud-native architectures and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven track record in leading executive workshops and RD collaboration with C-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GDPR, DORA, Solvency II and KNF regulatory requirements in EU/Poland.
• Experience with RFPs, business case design and growth initiatives in insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Engage C-level stakeholders to define technology and AI transformation strategies across Europe.
• Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews and strategic advisory sessions.
• Translate complex tech concepts into business value narratives for diverse audiences.
• Validate and shape AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives including GenAI tooling and developer productivity.
• Advise on cloud architecture patterns aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support internal AI capabilities and ROI measurement frameworks.
• Identify new opportunities in European and Polish insurance markets.
• Collaborate with EPAM teams on proposals, client interviews and growth strategies.
