Job summary

Allianz Partners in Warsaw is seeking an Engineering Manager (Infrastructure) to lead Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and MLOps teams that build the foundational cloud and on‑premise platforms powering our data, analytics, and AI initiatives.

You will drive hiring, career development, and succession planning, partner with senior leaders on architecture, and ensure reliability, security, and scalable delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud teams.
• Experience managing multiple teams within a large tech organisation.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and MLOps teams across infrastructure domains.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Partner with senior technical leaders to align architecture and roadmaps.
• Improve platform reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Build scalable onboarding and development programmes for engineers.
