• 12+ years of engineering leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across platform, backend, frontend, and service delivery teams.
• Shape organisational design to support growth, scalability, and efficiency.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development across multiple engineering disciplines.
