Job summary

ALSO Holding AG is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer in Poland to provide technical leadership for the DevOps and Platform Engineering domain of our eCommerce Platform. You will drive the evolution of our engineering platform, improve software delivery capabilities, define engineering standards, and ensure reliability, security and scalability of production environments.

This hands-on leadership role involves mentoring engineers, collaborating with Architects, Development, Infrastructure Operations

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of professional DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE experience.
Proven experience leading DevOps initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the DevOps strategy and engineering practices for the eCommerce Platform.
Define standards, guidelines and best practices for software delivery, automation and infrastructure management.
Lead technical decisions related to CI/CD, IaC, deployment architecture and tooling.
Mentor DevOps engineers and development teams, fostering engineering excellence.
Drive continuous improvement across development and operational processes.
