Job summary

Lionbridge Games is seeking an Information Security Manager to safeguard our global Games business through governance, investigations, and risk management. You will bridge operations, IT, engineering, and customers to ensure security controls are understood and improved.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external audits, with strong autonomy and international exposure in a dynamic gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Information Security, Cybersecurity, GRC, or related field.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 ISMS.
• Experience leading or contributing to security incident investigations.
• Strong understanding of controls, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Experience conducting security assessments, audits, or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve the Games ISMS in line with ISO 27001.
• Advise Operations, IT, Engineering, Legal and other stakeholders on security.
• Lead and support security assessments of facilities, processes and controls.
• Coordinate and investigate security incidents with technical teams.
• Represent security during customer audits and security reviews.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to address security concerns.
• Deliver security awareness initiatives and assist compliance efforts.
• Track risks, metrics, and improvements to meet requirements.
