Job summary

Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Manager for Games to protect Lionbridge's global Games business. You will drive security governance, support investigations, conduct assessments, and advise internal stakeholders and customers.

The role bridges operations, IT, engineering, and legal teams, ensuring security controls are understood, implemented, and improved across the Games division. This is a highly visible, autonomous role with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Assurance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or managing an ISO 27001-based ISMS.
• Experience participating in security incident investigations and response activities.
• Experience conducting security assessments, audits, or operational reviews.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers.
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve the Games ISMS in alignment with ISO 27001.
• Act as a trusted security advisor to Operations, IT, Engineering, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and support security assessments of facilities, processes, and controls.
• Coordinate and investigate security incidents with technical teams and document findings.
• Represent Lionbridge's security program during customer audits and security reviews.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to address security concerns and demonstrate controls.
• Deliver security awareness activities and support compliance initiatives.
• Track security risks, metrics, and improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.
