Job summary

Hyland seeks a Principal Security Compliance Analyst to design, implement, and manage a scalable ISO governance and IMS program across regions and product lines. You will lead audits, expand to advanced certifications, and embed controls into business processes while mentoring the compliance team.

Qualifications

8+ years in information security compliance, incl. ISO programs.
Hands-on ISO 27001/27002/27017/27018/27701 experience across multiple product lines.
Experience with ISO 42001 (AI governance) or equivalent AI security governance.
Proven track record building and scaling compliance teams.
Strong SaaS/cloud security knowledge and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and own strategic ISO governance and IMS roadmap.
Lead audit planning, evidence mgmt, and corrective actions with external auditors.
Drive ISO scope expansion to include TISAX and C5 certifications.
Translate ISO requirements into actionable controls embedded in processes.
Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting for ISO health and audit readiness.
Mentor compliance specialists and collaborate with product/engineering/legal/HR.
