Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Inference, to own architectural decisions and drive measurable improvements across services. You will partner with product, orchestration, and hardware teams to evolve our Kubernetes‑native inference platform, delivering scalable, efficient solutions while meeting strict P99 SLAs.

You will lead design reviews, decompose multi‑service work into milestones, and mentor engineers while optimizing request routing, scheduling, and capacity planning at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience building distributed systems or high‑performance cloud services.
• Strong software development skills in Python or Go and familiarity with networked systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes at production scale, CI/CD, and observability stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical designs and raise engineering standards across multiple services.
• Collaborate with product, orchestration, and hardware teams to evolve a Kubernetes‑native inference platform.
• Implement optimizations such as advanced schedulers, batching, and cache reuse while improving capacity planning and autoscaling.
• Mentor engineers and drive design reviews to meet strict SLA targets at scale.
