Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations within a complex high-technology manufacturing environment.
Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate production, technical, maintenance, and support teams for continuity.
Manage production capacity, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coach team leaders and support development of operational teams.
Ensure safety, environment, quality, and internal standards compliance.
Lead root-cause analysis and structured problem solving for major issues.
Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency and process improvements.
Support audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Lead cross-functional continuous improvement and operational development projects.
