Job summary

Gramian Consultancy seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and embedded systems projects from definition through validation and production readiness.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure alignment with product and business objectives while reporting to senior stakeholders. This on-site role requires a Master’s degree and 7+ years in the field, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems.
• Experience leading complex technical products through multiple development phases.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to work fully on-site in Switzerland.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
