Job summary
Alstom in Poland seeks a Project Industrial Manager to drive the industrial transfer of projects from early design through serial production. You will work with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams, leading workshops to align product and industrial solutions and ensure readiness for production milestones.
The role requires a degree in engineering, experience in manufacturing or supply chain, knowledge of quality standards, and SAP familiarity; strong leadership and English
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or a technical field is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of quality standards, EHS, and ergonomics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
Responsibilities
- Take on ownership of industrial transfer from early design phases to serial production.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality and manufacturing teams across cross-functional workshops.
- Define industrial strategies including make-or-buy decisions and project industrial organization.
- Ensure readiness for production milestones and monitor progress, documentation, and equipment availability.
- Organize training and qualification programs for production teams.
- Lead performance improvement actions to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.
- Manage industrialization and planning of product changes during serial production.
