Job summary

Arcadis in Poland is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Industrial & Logistics Projects) to oversee greenfield and brownfield manufacturing and industrial projects within the Buildings Business Line. The role requires leadership across concept through handover, bid participation, and client liaison in a hybrid Warsaw/Wroclaw/Gliwice setup.

You will mentor project teams, manage budgets, contracts, and risk, and pursue new business opportunities while delivering high-quality, compliant project

Qualifications

• Technical education in buildings construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management on industrial projects.
• Polish building license.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and EPCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage manufacturing and industrial projects from concept through commissioning.
• Lead tender processes and bid teams.
• Mentor and direct project teams to ensure best practices.
• Manage client and commercial aspects, contracts, and risk.
• Coordinate resources and pursue new business opportunities.
