Job summary

Arcadis in Poland seeks a Project Manager (Industrial & Logistics) to oversee greenfield and brownfield manufacturing projects within the Buildings Business Line. Hybrid work in Warsaw, Wrocław and Gliwice, with focus on planning, financial oversight and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead tenders, mentor project teams, manage client contracts and risk, and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Technical education in buildings construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, delivering manufacturing/industrial construction projects.
• Track record delivering manufacturing/industrial projects from concept to handover.
• Polish building license.
• Able to manage construction outside of residence if required.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and/or EPCM delivery models.
• Experience in a consultancy environment with manufacturing sector requirements is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk.
• Agile, adaptable, and responsive to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage greenfield and brownfield manufacturing/industrial projects.
• Lead tender processes with bid team to secure new manufacturing projects.
• Mentor and direct project teams to follow best practices.
• Oversee client and commercial management including contract administration and risk.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate Arcadis and external project resources to optimize performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
