Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager for manufacturing/industrial projects in Poland. The role covers concept to handover, with bid involvement and client-facing duties in a hybrid Warsaw area setting.

Qualifications

• Polish building license.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, delivering manufacturing/industrial construction projects.
• Experience with all project phases: planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in consultancy environment with manufacturing sector knowledge.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and/or EPCM project delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage manufacturing and industrial projects across all phases.
• Lead tender processes, working with the bid team to secure projects.
• Mentor project teams to ensure best practices in delivery.
• Manage client contracts, risk, and commercial management to minimize disputes.
• Engage with clients to align expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate Arcadis resources and subcontractors to optimize performance.
• Act as main contact with clients and partners to identify new opportunities.
