Job summary

Amazon Poland is seeking a Senior Site Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering team. This onsite role will drive process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the FC network with strong collaboration from FC leadership.

The role requires a technical engineering or operations degree, Six Sigma expertise, and solid data analysis skills. Expect cross-functional collaboration, KPI tracking, and travel within the region to implement initiatives and achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent certification and experience in operations or process improvement.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking; project management experience; proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in the FC using Back to Basics initiatives and implement improvement plans with local Operations Management.
• Oversee the FC improvement program and align with Senior Leadership for priority areas.
• Dive into process performance using standard reports or own data analysis and translate into actionable improvement plans.
• Review open Action Plans weekly with FC stakeholders to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with central PE functions and other Site PEs to share best practices and reduce variation.
