Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to join GTS Europe Planning & Engineering in Kraków. You will analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end processes with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance and Business teams to drive productivity and operational excellence.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable process and system solutions, shape future-state designs, and support implementations to deliver seamless workflows, efficiency gains, and better service delivery across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's/MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering or related discipline.
Experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes.
Proven improvements in productivity, efficiency, cycle times, quality, or outcomes.
Experience in regulated environments with governance and risk management.
Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills; knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma.
