Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced E2E Process Architect to drive end-to-end process excellence across key value streams in our global hub.

You will define process architecture, develop roadmaps, and partner with senior owners to standardize processes, translating business needs into concrete requirements. A Master’s degree and 5 years in process excellence, with excellent English, are required. We offer private medical care and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in process excellence, process architecture, or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process models (e.g., O2C, P2P, S2P) and shared services/Business Hub environments.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process excellence across value streams inside and beyond the Business Hub.
• Define and maintain process architecture principles, standards, and documents across the Business Hub.
• Develop roadmaps for process improvement aligned with industrialization priorities and Business Areas.
• Collaborate with senior process owners beyond hub boundaries to standardize processes.
• Maintain a cross-functional network of process and data owners for alignment and consistency.
• Translate business needs into process requirements and functional capabilities for solution design.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities with clear value linkage (efficiency, quality, working capital, experience).
