Ocean Technologies Group is seeking a full-time Implementation Director to lead the project management team for OneOcean’s maritime software suite, delivering complex customer implementations with discipline and governance. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor PMOs, and foster executive alignment across programmes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project and programme management, 5+ years in senior leadership, and proven SaaS/tech delivery experience.

• 10+ years of project and programme management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position managing delivery teams.
• Experience in SaaS/tech/cloud organisations delivering programmes.
• Proven track record leading multiple concurrent customer implementations.
• Experience managing PMO functions and governance frameworks.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers.
• Strong programme and stakeholder management across levels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• General business knowledge across SaaS/tech/maritime.
