Job summary

OneOcean Group in Poland seeks an Implementation Director to lead the project delivery function for our maritime SaaS suite, overseeing a PMO and a team of six project managers. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and executive reporting with a strong focus on customer success.

The role requires 10+ years in project/programme management, 5+ years in senior leadership, and proven experience with SaaS/tech environments and enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and programme management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position managing project delivery teams.
• Experience within SaaS, software, cloud, or technology organisations delivering projects and programmes.
• Proven track record leading multiple concurrent customer implementations.
• Experience managing PMO functions and organisational governance frameworks.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers.
• Strong programme and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the company.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• General business knowledge across core business functions and saas/tech/maritime.
• Industry and consulting experience.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Programme management qualification (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery across all customer implementations.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of PMs and PMO staff with clear goals.
• Define and maintain PMO standards, reporting, and governance.
• Build trusted executive relationships and manage escalated customer concerns.
• Deliver synergy, cost-saving and performance improvement targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet programme objectives.
