The role centers on PBAC, automated user lifecycle management, and aligning security controls with regulatory mandates. You will lead IAM engineering initiatives, mentor junior engineers, define system enhancements and roadmaps, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IAM experience, preferably in regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of AD, LDAP, Okta and Azure AD.
• Strong expertise in SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern enterprise IAM architectures.
• Lead PBAC engineering, automation, and lifecycle management.
• Define system enhancements and contribute to IAM roadmaps.
• Conduct audits and ensure regulatory alignment and risk controls.
