Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Senior Software & DevSecOps Engineer for a global financial enterprise. This hands-on role sits in a new cybersecurity program focused on threat modeling, vulnerability management, SBOM, and secure SDLC, building enterprise-grade applications.

You will design secure software, manage CI/CD pipelines, and drive DevSecOps across the organization. Hybrid work entails 3 days in the modern office with global scope and cutting-edge tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software engineering with strong proficiency in Go and Java.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and modern design patterns.
• Extensive experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevSecOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC practices, secure coding, and software supply chain security concepts (SBOM).

Responsibilities

• Secure Software Engineering: design, develop, and maintain cloud-native enterprise solutions using Go and Java.
• Supply Chain Security: implement controls for dependencies and deployment processes with SBOM and integrity checks.
• DevSecOps & CI/CD Automation: design and optimize CI/CD pipelines with automated security testing.
• Threat Modeling & SDL: champion Secure Development Lifecycle practices and perform security design reviews.
• Architecture & Mentorship: lead code reviews and promote IaC best practices.
