Job summary

Banking Circle is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement and manage identity and access management across the organisation. You will join the Core Technology Platforms team and work with IT Security, operations and development teams to deliver secure access controls including SSO and MFA.

You will lead lifecycle management initiatives, contribute to IAM governance and ensure documentation and best practices are followed. Hybrid work model with emphasis on on-site collaboration in Warszawa.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM products, processes or services.
• Knowledge of IAM design and lifecycle.
• Technical experience with IAM/PAM/IGA services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and implementation of Identify Lifecycle Management.
• Design, build and maintain IAM/PAM/IGA services for SSO and MFA.
• Lead IAM activities and provide guidance to IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain IAM documentation and governance.
