Job summary

Euroclear Kraków is seeking an experienced IAM professional to lead architecture, design, and delivery of IAM solutions. You will drive provisioning, access governance, and automation, while advising on IAM-related security services across the organization.

Role involves coordinating with security, ADM and business teams, challenging requests not aligned with policy, and guiding junior engineers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating IAM solutions for complex environments.
• Ability to engage security, ADM and business teams for projects with IAM impact.
• Strong understanding of access control, provisioning and JML processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IAM architectural enhancements and automation.
• Coordinate advisory services with security and business teams for IAM projects.
• Oversee stakeholder engagements to ensure visibility of IAM requirements.
• Drive business and IT engagement to align requests with security policy.
• Develop, manage and coordinate IAM POC with security offices and teams.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and Euroclear group divisions.
