Job summary

The role requires 10+ years of business analysis and IAM experience, with knowledge of CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, SailPoint, and Splunk.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of business analysis and IAM experience.
• Experience leading change management for large ERP or SAP transformations.
• Proven ability to interact with PMO leadership, Steering Committees and C-level executives.
• Experience delivering multi-wave SAP deployments and complex global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into IAM and governance issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements; facilitate workshops.
• Manage privileged identities, ownership models, and remediation programs.
• Analyze human and non-human identities, supporting lifecycle and compliance activities.
• Assess current IAM processes and design future-state operating models with automation.
