ALTEN Polska is seeking an Expert Application Security Specialist focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) in a hybrid setup across Warsaw, Gdynia, and Gdańsk. You will conduct access reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, and work with SailPoint IIQ to improve user access controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and proven IAM security experience, with strong communication and a collaborative mindset to support multinational projects within ALTEN Polska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Admin in SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct access reviews and analysis of application security and IAM.
• Analyze permissions to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary access and recommend actions.
• Engage with business stakeholders, application managers, and providers as a trusted contact.
• Work with RACF/IAM SMEs to formulate mitigation actions.
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups and service accounts.
• Support project discussions to resolve conflicts and manage scope.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct access reviews and analysis of application security and user access management.
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions and recommend actions based on business requirements.
• Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Work with RACF/IAM subject matter experts to formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access, and service accounts.
• Support project discussions to resolve conflicting requirements, prioritize efforts, and manage scope changes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Admin in SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong understanding of applications and Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Self-driven, motivated, and with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
