Job summary

ZdalnaPraca in Warsaw is seeking a SharePoint Team Lead who will coordinate a team of internal and external admins and developers, bridging business needs with technical delivery.

You will set the direction for SharePoint development, maintain environments (SharePoint 2016, Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online), migrate sites, monitor farms, and craft user guides and operational procedures. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of IT specialists is required.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint platforms and MS 365.
• Good command of English in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SharePoint team and coordinate internal and external admins and developers.
• Define development direction and advise on new initiatives.
• Administer SharePoint 2016, Subscription Edition, and Online.
• Migrate sites and apps to newer SharePoint platforms.
• Monitor and maintain SharePoint server farms.
• Customize sites using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage incidents with the team.
• Create and update technical docs and runbooks.
• Prepare user guides and support end-users.
