Job summary

Mars Global Services in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Relationship Manager to bridge the MGS P&O and MyP&O portfolios with senior stakeholders. This hybrid role emphasizes strategic partnerships and value creation across the organization.

You will lead PMO-led transformations including M&A integrations, drive joint business planning, and orchestrate the Voice of the Customer program to ensure continuous improvement and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

University degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
Master's degree or equivalent combination preferred.
10+ years in P&O / HR shared services environment.
Proven P&O partnering across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Transformation & M&A leadership: PMO lead for organizational transformations.
Enabling value creation: drive joint business planning with global/regional P&O stakeholders.
Voice of the Customer: orchestrate VOC program to identify gaps and drive improvements.
Strategic project management: lead Enterprise People Strategy projects with end-to-end operating model focus.
Escalation & resolution: use Capture-Escalate-Resolve to diagnose issues and build systemic solutions.
Strategic engagement: lead high-impact customer programs across MGS P&O and MyP&O.
