Mars Global Services is seeking a Senior HR Business Relationship Manager to bridge MGS P&O with senior stakeholders in Warsaw. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with change enablement across P&O portfolios, MyP&O, and transformation programs.

You will lead PMO activities for M&A transitions, drive value creation, manage key accounts, and advance a unified One P&O operating model. Mars offers a rich benefits package and career development in a modern office.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent combination preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR/P&O experience.
• Proven P&O business partnering across functions and languages is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Serve as PMO lead for transformations, including M&A integration.
• Drive joint business planning with global P&O stakeholders.
• Lead Voice of the Customer program to identify gaps and improvements.
• Manage strategic P&O projects and operating model maturity.
• Act as primary Key Account Manager for select global customers and P&O heads.
• Architect escalation and resolution processes for continuous service.
