Regnology is seeking a senior HR leader in Poland to design and run HR Services, Payroll and Global Mobility across multiple countries. You will blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, set direction, build structure and drive improvements while supporting critical topics as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR, with a strong focus on HR Operations, Payroll, HR Services, Shared Services or People Operations in an international environment.
• End-to-end understanding of HR operations including employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, HR systems and international employment requirements.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional HR projects, HRIS implementations or operational integrations.

Responsabilités

• Co‑lead and continuously develop the HR Services function, defining operating model, service standards, priorities, roadmap and future capabilities.
• Provide strong functional and operational steering across HR Services, set clear priorities and ensure delivery of objectives.
• Lead and develop HR Services and HR Operations teams, fostering ownership, continuous improvement and high service standards.
• Stay close to the operation and drive resolution of critical processes rather than delegating everything.
• Oversee end-to-end HR Services delivery across payroll, benefits, global mobility, HR systems, and service desk/ticketing.
• Escalate complex HR matters with sound judgement and timely resolution.
• Translate business requirements into pragmatic HR solutions balancing experience, compliance, efficiency, scalability and risk.
• Drive process excellence and standardization across countries and entities, establishing scalable global ways of working.
