Job summary

SC Johnson in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Delivery Center team, supporting employees and stakeholders across EMEA and taking ownership of a broad range of HR Operations activities.

In this role, you will manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, support complex employee cases and work closely with Local HR, Payroll, Centers of Excellence and other HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Relations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Operations/Shared Services experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Experience working with HR systems and data; familiarity with automation is a plus.
• Proven ability to partner with HR stakeholders in international or matrix organizations.
• Experience with payroll inputs, audits or HR projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery per SLAs.
• Handle employee queries, complex cases and escalations with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
• Act as an HR systems expert, supporting adoption and opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and regulations, including audit support.
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify root causes and provide insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with Local HR, Payroll, Centers of Excellence and external vendors for service delivery.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Support HR Operations projects, onboarding and training, mentoring junior team members.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our HR Delivery Center Team.

This is a great opportunity to work in an international HR environment, supporting employees and stakeholders across EMEA and taking ownership of a broad range of HR Operations activities.

In this role, you will manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, support complex employee cases and work closely with Local HR, Payroll, Centers of Excellence and other HR teams. You will also have the opportunity to improve processes, work with HR data and systems, support projects and share your knowledge with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain high-quality process documentation, SOPs and training materials.
• Support HR Operations projects, onboarding and training, while sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.

Experience you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Relations or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Operations, HR Shared Services or similar HR background.
• Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Confidence working with HR systems and tools; knowledge of Workday would be an advantage.
• Ability to work with HR data and documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Proven ability to partner with different HR stakeholders, ideally within an international or matrix organization.
• Exposure to payroll inputs, audits or HR projects would be an advantage.
• Fluent English and Dutch
