Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with production priorities in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with leaders to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development while ensuring compliance with laws and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives.
• Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, HR policies, and health and safety requirements.
• Support organizational change initiatives, HR projects, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including People Analytics and Legal, to deliver effective HR solutions.
• Mentor HR colleagues and contribute to the development of HR capabilities.
