Job summary

Bring 5+ years in Human Capital Management, SF Employee Central certification, and experience guiding large client implementations. You will manage stakeholder expectations and mentor cross-border teams while delivering measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and led implementations as a lead consultant.
• Experience with Time Management, other SuccessFactors modules or Smart Recruiters strengthens your application.
• Familiar with the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors and understand how they shift HR from transactional to autonomous operations.
• Fluent German and English; you manage senior stakeholders with confidence.

Responsibilities

• You serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Plan workshops, lead root cause analysis, and own delivery to go-live.
• Advise clients on activating AI-powered features within SuccessFactors - automating decisions and reducing manual HR processes.
• Mentor near-shore and off-shore consultants and partners as part of cross-border project teams.
• Your work directly shapes how large enterprises transform their HR operations across the region.
