Flying Bisons, a Warsaw-based Strategic Design & Digital Consulting firm, seeks a Senior UX Designer to translate business goals into accessible, data-driven user experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers and researchers on complex forms, data visualizations, and multi-national projects, embracing AI-first design.
You’ll own end-to-end design processes, advocate for users, ensure accessibility and security, and help shape experiences for millions of users across Europe
Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. Our mission is to help our clients Unleash Digital Potential™ . We work at scales where real impact happens: enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions of people. Our projects include national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med). Our uniqueness comes from going beyond design craft. As we wrote in our manifestos - Strategic Design - Manifest and Strategic Design - The Future of Design - design craft is only 10% of success . The other 90% - the Invisible 90% - is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality. That's why we're building the discipline of Strategic Design - and we want you to be part of it.
As a Senior UX Designer at Flying Bisons , you will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers and developers to align business goals with user needs, advocate for users throughout the product development process, and continuously refine experiences based on user feedback and metrics. You should have a strong sense of ownership, as you will have responsibility over the area you will be working on. This role involves translating regulations into user-friendly experiences and iterating based on feedback. You should be experienced with complex forms, data visualization and designing for diverse user needs while meeting accessibility standards and security requirements. We expect our designers to actively embrace an AI-first approach, not just using tools like ChatGPT for convenience, but deeply understanding and integrating AI into their workflows, ideation and output. This means staying up to date with the latest trends in AI-driven design, experimenting with new tools and thinking critically about how AI is reshaping user behavior, interfaces and expectations. Passive usage isn't enough. We're looking for curious minds who treat AI as a creative partner, not just a shortcut.
