Globaldev Group is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to drive performance, scalability, and new product capabilities in a high-load DSP environment. You will design, build, and operate backend services powering real-time bidding decisions.

You will collaborate with Data and ML teams, analyze bottlenecks, and implement scalable architectures. The role requires strong Go backend experience and distributed systems expertise in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Go.
• Analyze and optimize distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Work with Data Engineering and ML teams to integrate data-driven capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Oversee features from concept to production and resolve performance issues.
