Job summary

Globaldev is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to design, develop, and optimize high-performance services in a heavy-load DSP platform. You will be responsible for scalable, low-latency backend services and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software.

You will collaborate with Data Eng and ML teams to drive data-driven capabilities in bidder workflows and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring maintainability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Go backend experience in production systems.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience building high-performance, low-latency services.
• Ability to analyze bottlenecks and scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Go.
• Analyze and optimize distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Collaborate with Data Eng and ML teams to integrate data-driven capabilities.
• Work with Product to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Write high-quality code, participate in reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
• Oversee features from concept to production, resolving performance issues.
