Job summary

Franke is seeking a Senior Global Quality Systems & Methods Manager to lead the global Quality Management System and unify quality practices across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The role centers on shaping a quality culture, driving continuous improvement, and guiding digitalization initiatives.

You will coordinate regional quality activities, align standards, and mentor teams to elevate performance, with a strong emphasis on audits, compliance, and strategic quality programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems with hands-on experience with CAQ Factory Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement.
  • Certified auditor with experience managing integrated management system audits.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional and international initiatives.
  • Fluent English and local language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Quality Management System across all manufacturing locations and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and international quality requirements.
  • Define and monitor quality standards, procedures, and KPIs globally; report performance to senior leadership.
  • Champion a culture of quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement across regions, shop floors, and functions.
  • Harmonize methods and best practices such as FMEA, 8D, DMS, RCA, CIP, Lean across sites.
  • Drive Quality 4.0 initiatives and CAQ system development and deployment.
  • Develop people through training, coaching, and mentoring in quality processes.
  • Coordinate and manage annual internal audits and drive improvements based on findings.

We are looking for a Senior Global Quality Systems & Methods Manager who will help us elevate our quality culture across our global operations footprint and drive consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout our operations in Americas, EMEA, and APAC. In this highly visible role, you will be the global owner of our Quality Management System (QMS), quality methodologies, and quality standards. You will bring teams together across regions, harmonize processes and best practices, and help create a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility. This role can be in Gdynia (our factory), Poland or Bad Säckingen (our distribution center), Germany.

Your tasks
  • Lead Our Global Quality Management System Own, develop, improve, and govern the global Quality Management System across all Foodservice Systems manufacturing locations (Poland, China, Philippines, U.S. and Mexico). Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and international quality requirements. Define and monitor quality standards, procedures, and key performance indicators globally. Report system performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Drive a Global Quality Culture Champion a culture where quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement are deeply embedded in daily operations. Raise awareness of quality topics from leadership teams to shop floor employees. Act as a trusted advisor and partner for quality leaders across our global organization. Build engagement and alignment across functions, regions, and business units.
  • Harmonize Methods and Best Practices Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of quality methods such as: FMEA, 8D, Daily Management Systems (DMS), Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP), Lean Manufacturing methodologies Standardize processes and quality approaches across regions and sites.
  • Enable Operational Excellence and Digitalization Drive Quality 4.0 initiatives and leverage digital technologies to improve quality and efficiency. Lead the global implementation and development of CAQ systems. Identify innovative solutions that help us become best-in-class in quality management.
  • Develop People and Capability Deliver global training, coaching, and mentoring on quality systems, methods, and processes. Strengthen quality capabilities throughout the organization. Foster a learning environment where employees continuously improve processes and performance.
  • Audit and Continuous Improvement Coordinate and manage the annual internal audit program across all locations. Ensure compliance with ISO and integrated management system requirements. Lead improvement initiatives based on audit findings and business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • Deep expertise in Quality Management Systems with strong preference for hands‑on experience with the CAQ Factory Systems platform and Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of: ISO 9001 IATF 16949 Lean Manufacturing SPC Root Cause Analysis Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Certified auditor with experience managing integrated management system audits.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional and international initiatives.
  • Experience working successfully in complex matrix organizations.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English and local language skills.
