Job summary

Franke Home Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to shape the local marketing strategy, strengthen the brand’s market position, and support business and sales objectives in Poland. The role requires navigating an international environment while balancing global strategy with local market needs.

You will lead, develop, and inspire the local Marketing team, manage budgets, and collaborate with central teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns and showroom

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in an international company operating within a matrix organization.
• Experience in marketing durable consumer goods (home solutions/home appliances or related industries is advantageous).
• Hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies and running integrated digital and BTL campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across multiple parties and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local marketing strategy in line with the global strategy.
• Manage the Franke brand and lead BTL and digital marketing campaigns.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce, SEO, GEO/AEO, and email marketing.
• Partner with the Sales team on trade marketing projects, promotional campaigns, and sales activation initiatives.
• Develop and manage the Franke showroom.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with the central marketing team, external agencies, and key business partners.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the local Marketing team.
