The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of HR experience in international settings, including 5 years as an HR Generalist in France, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR experience within an international environment.
• At least 5 years of experience as HR Generalist in France with hands-on full lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with employment laws/regulations in multiple European countries, France mandatory.
• Fluent in English and French; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation & benefits, data integrity.
