Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to lead end-to-end operations for group tours and bespoke travel programs in a fast-paced international setting. The role requires handling complex itineraries, coordinating hotels, transport, guides, and ground services while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in tourism, strong supplier networks in Poland and neighboring countries, and fluency in Polish and English (C1).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the tourism industry.
• Experience in a DMC environment.
• Strong operations and multi-country itinerary management skills.
• Excellent destination knowledge of Poland and surrounding regions.
• Excellent supplier knowledge and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for group tours, ad hoc programs, and specialized travel arrangements.
• Coordinate all destination services including hotels, transportation, guides, restaurants, and attractions.
• Build and maintain tours in internal operating systems.
• Monitor tour budgets and maintain cost control throughout the operational process.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally, ensuring minimal impact on clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sales teams.
• Support handling of complex visits, educational tours, and specialized travel projects.
• Coordinate complex arrangements and customized requirements.
