Kuoni Tumlare seeks a Senior Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end operations for group tours and complex itineraries in a fast-paced international environment. You will coordinate hotels, transport, guides, and other ground services, ensuring seamless delivery from confirmation through tour completion.

The role requires extensive tourism experience, strong supplier management, and the ability to handle high-profile groups while maintaining top service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for group tours, ad hoc programs, and specialized travel arrangements.
• Coordinate all destination services including hotels, transportation, guides, restaurants, attractions, and other ground services.
• Build and maintain tours in internal operating systems.
• Monitor tour budgets and maintain cost control throughout the operational process.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally, ensuring minimal impact on clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sales teams.
• Support the handling of technical visits, educational tours, and specialized travel projects.
• Coordinate complex arrangements and customized requirements.
• Support operational delivery of high-profile and VIP groups when required.
• Contribute operational expertise and destination knowledge during the planning and quotation process.
