Kuoni Tumlare is seeking a Hotel Reservations Coordinator to join our Destination Management team in Warszawa. You will manage hotel bookings and support operations, collaborating with sales, procurement and suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.

You will communicate in English and Polish, negotiate rates, handle complex cases, and ensure timely responses while delivering high-quality service in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Professional hotel and tourism qualification or minimum 2 years in travel or hotel industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Polish
• Ability to work in a fast-moving organization and provide proactive solutions

Responsabilités

• Ensure bookings are confirmed or responded within the deadline with best achievable conditions
• Ensure daily priorities, as defined by the supervisor or manager
• Negotiate rates, supplements, free pax policy, prepayments, and cancellation policy
• Keep contact to key suppliers in close cooperation with procurement managers
