Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Forecast Analyst in Warsaw to support the development and analysis of the commercial forecast. You will help deliver the net sales and gross margin plan through insights and collaboration with the Finance - Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities include leading annual and quarterly planning, generating regular sales reports, and providing decision support to maximize sales and profits while improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Min 3 years business experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial teams during annual business planning/quarterly forecast by providing financial and business analysis in collaboration with The Finance - Centre of Excellence; analyze commercial plans to ensure financial expectations are achieved
• Monthly/weekly reporting to check the current sales evolution and analyze variances vs plan/forecast
• Investigate and provide understanding about Market/Cluster Performance, Outlook and Risk profile, through analysis and partnering with Commercial Teams.
• Provide decision support to Commercial Teams to help optimize sales and profit growth
• Manage the Trade Spend funds to optimize ROI and ensure financial objectives are met
• Support delivery of system & process improvements through collaboration with Centre of Excellence and engagement with the Commercial team.
• Inter-departmental communication.
